Sunday's race was very close! The top 3 finishers fastest race laps were 1:14.024, 1:14.045, and 1:14.054! Now that is close racing.

Way cool! How'd the K24s do vs the K20s?

K20/K24 car performance closely matched in SRA configuration. No full lap advantage of comparatively driven K20s vs. K24s on VIR South Course. Previous extensive TMI comparision testing anticipates same overall situation on VIR Full Course.

Awesome! I love a bit of difference in the cars as long as they run the same lap times, makes for more passing opportunities, no?

"Capable of" running the same lap times.

.......but no problem hearing the difference between the two engines! K24 lower-ptiched, throatier sound using same Coast Fabrication race muffler, primarily due to new K24 cast-in-head 'single port' exhaust/TMI fabricated collector/2.625" pipe arrangement.
