Very interesting! The scoop hoop appears to be taller..and the rear shocks are mounted differently.Was this Rover powered?

Yes Mark. An almost identical car to mine. All Atom 1 cars have a higher air box hoop than the series 2 and 3 cars.
Both cars were fitted with air scoops on the nose because of the higher Australian temperatures and the radiator being inside the frame at 45degrees. They are the only two cars like this as no UK cars that I'm aware of had these air ducts fitted to the nose. Even later series 1 cars had the radiator mounted vertically outside the frame as in the modern cars.
