I guess I feel honored that they moved to a K24. I should get a kickback on every one they sell

The K24 head is slightly different than a K20 head and has a water jacket on the intake side that the K20 head has on the rear of the head, and thus the JRSC won't work. You can work around this, but it's outside of what TMI will do with a motor (rightfully so).

Also, the 3/4" taller of the K24 takes away a lot of room against the 'hood' of the car so there might be clearance issues with the blower.

If I had to do it over again, I'd get a K24, add cams (relatively easy to do with the motor in the car if you can get the crank bolt off), and make 250 rwhp and 175 rwtq. Given that the AA K20s with blowers only make 160rwtq, you'll be better off with a cammed K24 IMHO.

Other thing that is worrysome is the K24 oil pump. It sucks and is the first thing most people replace when going to a K24 swap. I wonder if you'll see a lot of blown up Atoms due to cavitation and starvation. It's an easy and cheap fix to go to a ported K20 oil pump or S2000 oil pump, but the motor will likely have to come out of the car.
