I wouldnt believe the DOT statement if I were you. Those are standard headlights for example. It does look like it has a VIN though

But it does have ohio plates and dmv inspection sticker on the windshield.
Its got R888, wilwood brakes, windshield wipre, passenger foot rest
No CF any where, stock steering wheel , stock belts, not much else.
I see the pedals are worn out and it has heel rubs on the fiberglass tub. Is this normal? it has only 300miles on it.
No Brake bias control and doesn't look like it has 17" rears

"Racing light upgrade" is the term for just adding the standard turn signals and headlights. These are not standard on the car since they arent needed for the track (besides the brake lights).
So these are the standard headlights. I'd ask TMI if anyone has done a DOT headlight.

I like the car. It's got good paperwork and nice options. Brake bias is a $50 expense and an easy D-I-Y. Not crazy about the wheels anyways. What are they asking for it?
