I think the builder has discovered that making it LOOK like an Atom was the easy part. Making it actually WORK is hard. And as such, has thrown in the towel.

Everything is easy,till you actually have to DO it.

Sure,build an Atom from scratch...in your (fathers)back yard..for cheap..
