Mine's much less than that. Higher deductable, full coverage for max agreed value w/o an apprasal. Not complaining. I was expecting it to go way up this last year but hasn't... yet (touch wood).
finally insured mine (to be delivered in 8 days) $1079/year, 2500 deduct, 6k miles/year.
our florida rates are actually very high on average so this is cheap imo. my exige was $1800/yr with 1k deduct and unlimited mileage. (progressive as a declared value coverage)
i think when i get close to 6k miles that i'll probably shop around, if i dont hit 6k then i'll obviously stay since the miles rollover.
Mine was quoted at $1200/yr with 6K mi from Rally. Not sure how Bolus got $558, or is that for 6 month, if it's 6 month it sounds more like it.
mine is for the year but less miles per year. And I got started with them before people started wrecking their cars.
the high profile toy thrower
my apologies for typo.
$1001.00 is my 1 year for 2500 deduct 100/300/100 coverage, no wrecks..... 6k a year
$779 is what it would have been same deduct, 100/300/100, for 3k a year.
his rate is im sure like he said, before they had some payouts... and also like he said, less miles..
either way i find the quote very appropriate for the vehicle, my only qualm is the mileage, not that i will daily drive the vehicle.. but i do enjoy road trips.
hopefully none of us have to use our coverage, good for our health, good for our cars health, and also good for our wallets next year when we re-up on the insurance!
I didn't think insurance premiums can be fixed, but I suppose that's a good thing for the folks that started early.
every location, vehicle and owner has different numbers that are assigned to figure out liability and chance of wrecking.
luckily their is a maximum a company can raise rates per annum, so either they do that if it makes sense or just stop insuring the car (the big fear amongst members i think)
i would like to think AA owners would be responsible drivers and also not fraudulent... which means good rates for all... wrecks aren't a big cost.. it's the lawsuits and the so forth that comes after the fact that makes companies drop cars....
Who do you guys insure your cars with? I'm currently looking at buying an Atom and not sure where to start!
Thanks in advance
