Darth, no offense taken. I COMPLETELY understand what you're talking about here. I don't have the experience, mind you, but I understand what you're saying. It's something that I look forward to getting the feel of.

And, FWIW, I got loose there in my track day Miata once. But, 2000 pounds and 150 HP doesn't exactly compare up.

What I never noticed in a heavier car is the transition in surfaces between the chicane and the main straight. I mean.. I SAW it, but I never felt it. And when Palatov created bellcranks that specifically addressed the brammo 2 shortcomings, with the comment that there is a spot at PIR that will spin the car and this design would help with that, I knew exactly what he was talking about

My suggestion, if you feel like you need to change something on the car right away, is tires, bellcranks, pushrods, shock bearings, etc.. suspension items designed to make the car easier to drive and handle better. I have a few projects in mind for next year, one of which is to take my car down to the same shop palatov used to tune the suspension on the DP series of cars. It'll probably be an arm and a leg to have it done, but I feel like the car could be SO MUCH MORE with some professional shock/spring/suspension/alignment work.

    Great descriptions Bolus and Darth.

I too dream of a Rotrex equipped Atom. (insert dreamy eyed stare)

That is one interesting Rotrex Kit. =) I know, I know.. It probably wouldn't fit.
