Some interesting fixes there. Cooling in the side pods, air intake probably in a better location as well... WHY DID THEY MAKE THE TIRES NARROWER?
300hp K20A | "It'll never go, my dears! Not if he's had anything to do with it."
Totally dropped the inboard shocks..the rear engine cover makes me want to vomit..so do the side pods. I'd also say no radiator up front, either. Looks more like a Lunar rover than an Atom. WTF is right.
The power of an Atom is a terrible thing to waste! Atom owner/operator since 2007. The more you chase perfection, the faster it becomes. John Force for President! (I asked him once in person...he laughed)
all those major changes to suspension and yet, same stupid turn signals.
Those outboard shocks really spoil the front ends looks for me...makes it look..cheap!...
Arielchina.com does not seem to be an active website.Hmm.. someting smell...fishy..![]()

The website was up as of yesterday but looked the same as it did a year ago.
Im thinking now that someone must have bought a frame and modified it to look like this
The rar track looks much more narrow than the front.
Would handle oddly on the race track.
Very skinny tires should be good for drifting.
This Chinese Atom looks about as authentic as a Chinese Rolex...![]()
Well there is the Chinese Mercedes Sprinter van http://photo.auto.sina.com.cn/tupian/932
Rolls knock off http://wheels.blogs.nytimes.com/2009...ff-from-china/
And a few others http://www.unfinishedman.com/ultimat...-offs-of-cars/
The major manufacturers are all scrambling to get a piece of the emerging large Chinese market. It will be very interesting to see what happens with the established knock off companies already there and what tolerance they get. GM essentially killed Saab to get their piece of that market. On the Sprinter forums I was reading that their cars do not meet any kind of safety standard and crumple like rice paper in an accident. So yes it looks like a Sprinter, but, in an accident you have broken metal slashing through the interior. No Buick Roadmaster like solid metal engineering there ... I wonder if Simon really knows what he got into.
