Reputation System Added

I've activated the reputation system on the forums. Now, if someone makes a post you think is worthy of some props, you can click the small star icon in the lower left corner. Users with higher post counts and who have been active for longer periods of time have heavier weighting when allocation reputation points.

Reputation shows up as a green "bubbles" under the user's name and forum rank (rank is based on number of posts).

Oh dear - I've seen rep systems add forum drama where there wasn't any to begin with. I hope that doesn't happen here.
