I'm going to head there as well and try to get signed in for some laps.

Just have to hope that the weather and my throttle issues are both under control.

Was great. No mechanical issues. Got the DL1 + Dash3 + ECU reader all worked out, so have nice throttle position, rpm data and real time lap timing up and running and bedded in.

Got there at 9 or so and the Whole track was embedded in a cloud. Track was a little damp, but not wet. The real challenge the first couple runs was figuring out how to keep the mist from condensing on my visor. The track is so low speed that only two spots could i generate enough speed to use the wind to blow it off. Fortunately after an hour or so the sun burned off the fog and the track was beautiful the rest of the day.

Dan showed up about noon and we ripped it up the rest of the afternoon. My best time was around 1:13.3 and boy howdy i am a bit sore today

Where were all the other Seattle lamers? Beautiful day, cheap track time...

Yep, same here - sitting in the office looking out the window and thinking "I wish I was at the track."

I just started a new job, so it's going to be a bit tricky for me to get weekdays off for a while.

Jay - Glad to hear that the DL1 is working well for you. I'm still leaning that direction for my own data logging, but with winter wheather setting in, I'll probably wait a month or two before making a purchase.

I had a great time even though I arrived a bit late (I had to do some strain relief on the wires connecting to the throttle body; hopefully that is the cause of all my stalls).

Managed to put in more than 70 laps and got just a bit better than my previous best by posting a 1:14.8. Traffic was pretty light overall and really the number of laps came down to how tuckered out you get after 10 laps.

Sadly a classic Mustang went out and oiled the entire track which seemed to make the track slicker than people were used to. Still a great way to spend one of the presumably few sunny days remaining this year.

This was my first time out with the DL1 and Dash3 functioning. Worked really well after a bit of configuration help from Jay.

Managed to post a quick video of a few of the laps:
