It's really easy to setup on the ecotec. The ecu has a limit for park/neutral. If the car is out of gear, you're in that limiter. It's using the gear position sensor to pick that up, I see no reason why you couldn't tap into that signal.There was only the one limit though, so you had to choose it what rpm you wanted and that was it. So no separate limit for launch and flat foot.As I wasn't interested in launching my atom, I set the limit to 5500rpm. So flat foot shifting could be used. I found it kinda useless though, the car would just spin the tires even harder on gear changes.

Two types of rpm limit - ignition cut, or fuel cut. Ignition cut is kinda noisy, lol.
I don't remember talking about this - but since my daughters were born I've lost many brain cells to lack of sleep.
