I've been very happy with mine. I just got back from a road trip where we resorted to using my phone for navigation over my friends Iphone 4s? The screen size on the Samsung (Epic 4G Touch) was larger and thus easier to read on mine, and it updated locations faster. Some of that was probably service provider related, but in any case, I have not been disappointed.

I'm not brand loyal. I could be using an I-phone someday. We'll see.

for what it's worth the app "WAZE" is the closest thing to working as well for navigation on the iphone as the google nav works on the android...as a free app.

the iphone not having turn by turn directions native is probably the single biggest let down after having it on the android phone.....thank god Waze is available.

The hamster seems to need another shot of adrenaline.

I am kind of picturing a bunch of animals staring at the door waiting for Steve to return.

The forums are consistently so slow.

I always hate to complain without making some helpful suggestions. I run the forums for another car site. I have plenty of capacity available on my server and will be happy to host at no cost. I just want to make my experience here more enjoyable with faster loads.

Thanks, Napalm. That's very generous... but I think I finally got it solved. Ditched the shared hosting and now have it on one of my dedicated boxes. How's the speed now?

Test reply. Edited with IE10... which apparently needs Compatibility mode turned on. Argh....
