Good day all! My 2006 Atom 3 won't start. The immobilizer seems to operate properly, with the blinking light going off with the fob near it and the car tries to crank, but keeps trying to turn over without actually starting. It has been a bit since I have driven it, so I don't recall what the fuel pump sounds like; but I'm not really hearing anything. The gas gauge is low (under 1/4 tank), but not empty. I even (don't jump on me for this), tried the old-school pumping the gas pedal twice just to see and all that did was make my garage smell like gas. Could it be the fuel pump, perhaps a relay or possibly even out of gas? Should I try putting more gas in the tank? Anyone else experience this? I think if it was the immobilizer it would not even try to crank, correct?
