K24 turbo (civic si)

So the atom 3s with the K24 turbo motor is a 2011 civic si? So I can order a civic si manual and I will know more about the motor and gearbox?

It's a 2012 Civic Si powertrain with a turbo add-on. Engine and transmission internals are identical except for the clutch.

What clutch does it have?

That's a question for the factory, or someone that took it out to look. I doubt many have replaced it, most Atoms don't see a lot of mileage.
