It looks like a MAP sensor, but not connected to a source would only read atmospheric pressure. The part number would be under the black mounting strap.

It is listed as a MAP sensor for some vehicles. On a 2004-2007 ION & 2005-2007 COBALT -2.0 LSJ- it is listed as a BARO PRESS SENSOR. Seems like on naturally aspirated cars its a MAP but on forced induction cars it a barometric pressure sensor. There will also be a MAP sensor for actual engine mapping? But this one is for altitude adjustment for engine mapping.

It should not have any vacuum signal line attached. It is open to atmosphere so the PCM can get a reading of your "altitude". Air is thinner at higher elevation so the fuel mapping would have to vary to compensate for more or less oxygen to burn. In a nut shell, there is no line attached.
