    Bunch of questions

First, I read somewhere on this forum that the stage 3 Brammo Ecotec included the twin pass laminova core mod. Is this true? Next, I have a MaxJax 2 post lift. Has anyone lifted an Atom on a 2 post lift and if so, where did you place your lift pads on the chassis? The existing spacing I have the MaxJax set at doesn't appear to be narrow enough to accommodate this chassis. Lastly, what oil/fluids are other users using for their Atoms. I would especially like to hear from owners in hot climates (I'm in Fresno CA).

Thanks all, I'm having too much fun with this car

Im pretty sure it did not have any modification to the laminova core. Even if it did, it didnt work and the car suffered from heat soak due to the eaton supercharger over heating the air and inadequate intercooler. Lots of stuff was tried to get the 300 hp up to spec and not to heat soak on the track but nothing worked great. Going turbo was the only way to up the power and maintain it.

I would use mobile one for the oil and maybe Motul for the trans. If you stay with the roots style blower, I would recommend upgrading the water to air inter-cooler. We should go cruising together! I'm 3hrs from you though. Maybe a San Francisco run.

I believe i'm going to have to fab up mount location to extend the reach of my lifts front arms. The rear arm will reach the rear subframe however the front arms are too short. As for the heat soak issues the roots blower suffers, I will likely solve that with E85 and a standalone engine management system. However, for right now my runs in my Atom will be limited to a local autocross events and driving it around town. Until I get the new E85 tune, I probably will not use it for a track day event. I was considering modifying a ATV radiator of similar size to the heat exchanger and making it a dual pass unit.

I think that would work as well.

I usually run with the PCA crowd out here. We have runs up in the Sierra by Bass Lake. Beautiful area and nice moderate speed winding roads.
