I am new to the Atom and looking for a street/track Atom for Florida. Starting to gather information on the best route such as a build vs atom already registered here in Florida. Any insight on that process or leads on an Atom already registered would be a great help.

However, to avoid the substantial restocking fee, it would be prudent to work out the registration plan, prior to purchase.
