Did you have to adjust the tune of the car when you changed the exhaust? A completely free flowing exhaust is going to change things up, no?

I have the Hondata FlashPro Manager system, so I can check on, and change, the tune if needed. I have not yet checked the tune with my "muffler eliminator" pipe installed, but I do not expect much, if any, adjustment to be needed. The factory muffler is straight through, full inside exhaust pipe diameter with the only restriction to exhaust flow being whatever turbulence might be caused by the perforations in the straight through pipe inside. So although the muffler does dampen the sound energy and make it somewhat quieter, I don't think there is enough restriction or back pressure to warrant much, if any, change in the tune.

Hi Eddie, sorry for changing the subject, but that Atom in the background with the diffusor looks awesome! Would you mind to post a photo of it please?! Is this something that you have built, or can I acquire that diffusor somewhere??

The diffuser, along with the stainless steel and Jet-Hot ceramic coated "muffler eliminator" pipe, and taller rear wing mounts, are all parts we fabricate here.



I have done my 10 year career best lap times, both directions, at Hallett Motor Raceway with these items. I have been in the one minute, nineteen second range, both directions. Big Fun!
