I am contemplating purchasing an Atom but I live in Texas... so I'm trying to find research about this topic and if it is possible to register the Atom in Texas.

If I were to do it again, I'd do a Montana registration and never worry again.

I'm in the Houston TX area. I've never registered outside the state. Do you have to have proof of residence when you do?

There are agencies out there that will form a LLC in their respective state for you.
