Doing some Atom research in Madison, Wisconsin

Hello Everyone,

Like many people I fell in love with the Atom when I saw Jeremy Clarkson's review while in college. I have been saving up some money for the past couple years (An Atom purchase would still be 2-3 years off for me) in order to buy a fun and unique vehicle. At the moment I am just looking into the prospect of obtaining legal registration for a vehicle such as the Atom in Wisconsin. Thanks for making what appear to be a very good source of information and I look forward to chatting with users on the site.
