Thanks for the comment.
Actually, it feels natural to me, finally, but I am a slow learner, and it took a LOT of time and practice for it to feel natural.
I practice left foot braking 100% of the time on the street with our cars/trucks that have only two pedals. It is safer for street driving because it shortens braking reaction time. And it really helped my lap times on track, once I could left foot brake without screwing up.

That's some mighty fine driving Eddie. You have to be the most badass 79 yo on the planet!!!
Badass period, regardless of age!
I tried left foot braking (LFB) when I used to autox. My brain would get stuck trying to decide if I could LFB that section or not and I'd end up blowing the turn. Or I'd LFB, get into trouble and wouldn't be able to shift to right foot brake so I could clutch with the left.
Maybe I'll try your technique and do it while driving my auto trans truck on the street just to get used to it, then shift to doing it on the street with my manual trans car, THEN try it on the track.
Thank you Wolf. I feel very blessed to still be able to do what I love to do, especially after all the top fuel boat and top fuel car and motorcycle and horse crashes! Everything healed, and got better, except for the brain damage. (Doctors insisted that was a pre-existing condition)
