new owner for the Atom

Hi ,
i m Fadel Almazrouie from Abu Dhabi , UAE .
i just bought an Ariel atom 2 2006 , and its awesome .
no idea how to get the serial number or VIN .
can somebody plz tell me how? .

The serial number plate is riveted to the front metal wall by the passenger footrest.

On my 2006 model, the serial number is stamped in a metal plate that is welded on top of a chassis crossmember, located on the left front of the car, in front of the firewall, and in line with the clutch pedal, and about six inches ahead of the clutch pedal when it is fully depressed. Pretty much in line with, and about halfway in between, the rear tubes of the front suspension a-frames (wishbones).

The later models are as atom ant described.

My 2006 USA brammo built Atom2 VIN is in the same place as FourFathers.

On my UK Atom 3 it's punched on the leading edge of the triangulated roll bar mounting plate.
It's also punched on the top surface of the front mounting bracket for the brake balance / master cylinder assembly.
It's painted over by the chassis powder coat, so it's not always clear unless you're looking for it.

It's also on a plate behind the driver's seat ..

I suspect it might be in a third place somewhere near the front radiator but I haven't seen it myself. (This only may be on the US frames)
