I am offering for sale my 2013 Ariel Atom 3, with the 300HP supercharged K-24 engine. It is titled, registered and street legal in Pennsylvania, and carries a Pennsylvania issued VIN plate. I believe that my car may be the first and only Atom to be successfully titled and registered for the road in Pennsylvania, at least since the laws were changed back in 2007 (I have heard rumors that an early Brammo car may have slipped through just before the laws changed). Pennsylvania is one of the more difficult states in which to title an Atom for street use. The process required numerous vehicle modifications to meet both PA Code requirements, as well as all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. This endeavor took me the better part of a year to complete, but I feel that it was well worth the efforts in the end. For anyone in Pennsylvania, this is your chance to purchase a turn-key street legal Ariel Atom.
