Hello, I am trying to determine how many hoops I will need to jump through to license an Atom for street driving in Oregon.

Any OR owners out there who can help me understand what that process looks like?

Some of the folks from Oregon can probably provide more direct advice. Brammo got a "Race Activity Vehicle" law passed (AKA the "Atom Law"). It has some restrictions which may or may not be problematic for you: Racing Activity Vehicles

That said, I believe if you were to buy the roller options, and install and engine and transmission yourself, you could register it as an assembled vehicle (maybe.. I think).
