Is the Ariel Atom really just a ladder on wheels?

Ha! Just a bunch of tubes...bent and twisted about..couple of welds..and what else? A few hrs. with a good pipe bender and you're done! Toss a saddle on..something to power it..a few tires and..voila..an Atom! No?

Driving an Atom is like climbing a ladder... to Nirvanna!

Hi Bolus! Looks like this forum has more..movement...than the "club"....

Truth. But, silly mods are 1/3 of the fun (at least) of owning an Atom. And you five did half the interesting talking on the other forum. My first hint that another forum existed was when it got much quieter on that one. I'm sure there are other guys like me who simply have no idea what the heck happened. That is one reason I put the links in my now extinct pointer signature.
