Is there any power to be had by replacing the exhaust on a k24 atom?

Anyone know how much power is to be had by replacing the exhaust on k24 atoms? Anyone done it?

Are you talking the single bung hole K24? Not much. If you've got 4 exhaust ports and the OE header design is crap like the old Brammo 'ram horn' style then you'll benefit greatly from a quality unit with merge collectors and 2.5"+ diameter exhaust.

There is the concern that significant changes to the induction systems can alter the fuel mixture significantly. If you do not change the fueling and you move more air, you will run lean and Honda's cast piston ring lands are not known for their strength. Verify air/fuel before beating on it at the track.
