Suggested option on the new Atom 3 for someone on a tight budget

Suggested option on the new Atom 3 I should do on my order


OK I am 99% sure I am going to order a new Atom 3. My budget keeps me at the base car. My focus is mostly track days but some public roads. Any options I really should consider now that is harder or cost more to update later?


I was considering one or two out of the following or just stay at base model

Also this confuses me, does it not come with a aluminum radiator?

if you are on a budget then I would look at options based on how easy they are to add after the fact



Polished Stainless Steel Exhaust System Option 649.77

You can remove the existing exhaust and polish it you would like. The polished ones become unpolished pretty quickly after driving anyway

Remote Brake Bias Adjuster $250

This would be a pretty easy mod after purchase. I'v never adjusted mine once in 6 years though

Quick release Steering Wheel Hub Option 275.00

This would be very difficult to change after the fact if it is anything like the Atom 2. Its a good security practice to take your steering wheel with you if you leave the car anywhere

Easily added later. I added mine after I bought the car

team dynamics run about $250 a wheel if bought from a tire shop and take 6 weeks to order. Plus $200 for the tires. so probably $900 if you did this later and would have to wait +6 weeks (no one stocks TD wheels, they are all custom order)

$5 part and 2 wires to the battery if you wanted to do it yourself. TMI's installation would be much nicer though
