atom 3's are not obd II compliant honda ecu's aren't like the ecotec's where they can be set up to work with inspections

Just FYI, my 3S has an OBDII port from the factory. I'm not sure which pin does what, as (from the small amount of research I've done so far) it seems like a couple pins are standard and the rest are whatever the manufacturer puts there. It has a little black cap, which I took off for the picture.

Just because there's an OBDII port doesn't mean it's capable of being smog compliant. I learned that the hard way. Had to replace the ECU and configure it to pass smog.
