Getting back to the original photo of the Gulf-colored Atom: You're right, that's no GT40.
This is a GT40:
Now a BRG and yellow combo for an Atom – that I could understand.
(That's me exiting the banking at Daytona and entering the infield at the HSR vintage races in 2010. This car has a slightly different approach to road speed than my Atom.)

The power of an Atom is a terrible thing to waste! Atom owner/operator since 2007. The more you chase perfection,the faster it becomes. John Force for President! (I asked him once in person...he laughed)
