So Silver, being that you, Darth and me are the only cars that I can think of right off with the blue panels, what was your rationale?
you mean why did I get blue?
because I like blue lol
OK, fair enough. There just is not a lot of blue
as far as I know I'm the only brammo atom to be produced with all blue panels as a customer car.
TMI purchased one after me for the ariel atom experience. but I've never seen / heard of another factory all blue atom.
I don't think any paint scheme on a car is "wrong." Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I know a lot of people (cough... cough... mostly Lambo owners) who drive their cars to be seen... and I use the term "drive" loosely - most like to shine them, park them, and be seen standing next to them.
Personally, I like this GT40 paint scheme, but it's OK if nobody else does. The current owner of the car clearly does, and if the new owner doesn't, then a quick trip to Maaco will fix it.I also personally like the STi look on an Atom, both because I'm a WRC fan and I have huge respect for the STi. But even if I didn't, the fact that Darth DOES is good enough.
I take some heat from friends who bug me that all my Ferraris are red, and that the choice is unoriginal. Yes, I know they make them in different colors, but red happens to be my favorite on an Italian car (well, with the exception of my Maserati, which is a stealthy dark metallic grey). I don't make color choices on cars based on anyone else's opinion. I drive my cars for me.
I'd still take an Atom over any other car so dont really car it had a giant hello kitty painted on the hood

Hahaha, There is a 997 Turbo that runs around Palo Alto that is decked out in Hello Kitty stickers, dolls, etc. I'd drive it if given to me:Originally Posted by bolus

I will pay you to put that on your Atom, in fact let's get a fund going!
