Does anyone have the factory suspension/brake bias setting from TMI? Still waiting on Mark to get back to me, but they are quite busy over there, thanks.

The bias setting will depend on which brake package you have (size of masters and calipers, rotor diameter). Also, it will vary depending on the pad compound and state of bed-in, as well as tires, and also how hot everything is. I'd set it somewhere in the middle of the range and go try it out on an empty street. You want all 4 to lock up at about the same time, or to have the fronts lock up somewhat before the rear.
This is an excellent point. When I received my A3 in 2009, the brake bias was way off. It took 2-1/2 turns to balance the front/rear bias.
if your vehicle is new, mark tested and adjusted the bias on the track prior to delivery.. dont mess with it.. if you have the quick adjust and moved it... go out and warm your brakes/tires up very well on a back road.. then decel and set it towards the rear locking up first.. then slowly adjust forward until the fronts lock up JUST before the rears... thats ideal in my book.. obviously you can fine tune it.. but their is no "book" or "setting" for this.. it's all based on your driving style and braking style.. for safe driving, uou want front before rear, just barely.. otherwise fronts will do all work and rears not do anything.
Well, mine must have 'slipped through' the normal bias adjustment. I adjusted the bias literally 2-1/2 turns to the rear to obtain a balanced braking force frt/rear on dry pavement. It's perfect now.
