Looking for a CA registered Atom

Have had a few leads and kicked a few tires but I am still looking for the right car - Impulse buyer and I really don't want to wait for a fresh build.
CA will not let you roll a title from another state on one of these cars without going thru full smog so its not something in the world of possibilities with CA DMV.
