would anyone be interested in rubber floor mats?

have driven these in a few cars including friends R8 V10 and Scud.. and they are quite great...

was going to contact the company to build some for the Atom and curious if anyone else would be interested?

obviously some people have the passenger foot rest and some have RHD.. so i was going to have both sides the same and owner could cut to accompany the pass foot rest if needed.

i would estimate $40-60 most likely for the set, maybe cheaper..

    anyone interested?

Personally, I'd be concerned that these mats would shift around. Or that the egg carton circles would require me to vacuum each one to get all the rocks and pebbles out.

I remember a thread earlier, and it may be on the other forum, where someone had cut a square of diamond plate embossed rubber floor mat and epoxied it to the tub. I also seem to recall someone having done something similar with a flat piece of sheetmetal to prevent wear on the fiberglass tub from your heels. Also remember someone using skateboard grip tape for that purpose.

I'm going to have to do something similar, since my tub is starting to show signs of wear.

What about something like a spray in bed liner. Strong stuff , durable, comes in colors . You can even buy it in a can ,and roll it on.

u would secure the rubber down the same as people secure the foot rest down.. maybe a bolt with washer..

they do not move tho... in the scud it has metal floor and the rubber never moved.

I would be interested, I'll figure out a way to secure them so they won't move around but still be removable for cleaning.
