Each year, Proformance Racing School hosts what they call their "Oregon Field Trip". This year, the itinerary is:
August 29th - Portland International Raceway
August 30th & 31st - Oregon Raceway Park
I had a blast last year and will be returning this year. I understand that the registration is low, so there should be lots of open track available.
If you haven't been to either of these tracks, here is my review:
PIR - Absolutely flat and non-technical. A bit bumpy in places. Fairly safe with large runoffs on most corners. A good choice for a first track day or a refresher. Nice pits and easily accessible food and lodging.
ORP - Insanely technical. Glassy smooth. Every corner is special in one way or another (off camber, climbing, blind, etc). A frustrating experience the first session or two, but after that some of the most fun you will ever have. Very safe with lots of runoff area. In the middle of nowhere, so food and lodging can be a bit more challenging (I stay in The Dalles, about 45 minutes away, but there are closer options) Video here: Ariel Atom 3 - 245 at ORP - YouTube
In order to attend, Proformance requires that you have either some documentable on-track experience or that you attend one of their 1-day high performace driving clinics. If you have never been on-track, there is still time to do this prior to the trip. The 1-day clinic is money well-spent, regarless of your experience level.
Proformace Racing School is based at Pacific Raceways in Kent, Washington and is operated by Don Kitch. He is a nice guy and hosts a safe, enjoyable and well-organized track day.

I hope that some other Atom drivers can attend at least one of the days.
